Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Swippitt is looking for a Marketing Manager to drive our marketing efforts and drive brand growth. This role is a mix of strategy, execution, and oversight, with a focus on campaigns, influencer marketing, social media, email, and agency collaboration.

We’re an ambitious, fast-moving company, so we need someone who can drive Swippitt’s marketing strategy and execution today while also building a team for the future. Initially, this role will be hands-on, but over time, the Marketing Manager will help hire a Social Media & Influencer Coordinator to support daily execution.

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-Day Marketing Operations – Oversee and ensure smooth execution of all marketing activities.

• Campaign Development & Execution – Plan, manage, and execute social media and email campaigns (content creation/editing as needed).

• Performance Tracking & Reporting – Monitor and analyze key marketing KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

• Influencer & Partnership Management – Identify, engage, and manage influencer relationships, ensuring alignment with brand goals.

• Agency Oversight – Coordinate with agencies handling:

- Paid Media (ads, PPC, performance marketing)

- Content & Creative (brand storytelling, asset creation, and messaging)

- SEO/Analytics (organic traffic growth, reporting, and insights)

• Industry Research & Trendspotting – Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging digital marketing strategies.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• 3+ years in a marketing role, preferably in DTC, consumer tech, or hardware brands.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.

• Strong understanding of social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and paid advertising.

• Experience working with agencies and managing external partners.

• Hands-on experience with marketing tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
